Harrier-National, Australasia’s largest administrator of new and used vehicle extended warranties, has served the automotive industry for more than 25 successful years.

Harrier National recently launched some exciting new initiatives:

These include:
  1. The inclusion of sales and service referral vouchers in warranty books which add another exciting dimension for dealerships and their customers. Dealers can personalise the dollar and percentage discounts for the vouchers they wish to offer.

  2. Warranty contracts can now be entered on-line thus eliminating hand written contract forms and avoiding errors in personal details, contract terms and expiry details.

  3. Harrier National’s exclusive web based warranty management system has been extensively upgraded. Just a few of the many advantages this unique program offers are that it eliminates considerable dealership workload, helps maximise service retention, gives faster response times, improves data accuracy, is fully secure, provides spontaneous generation of reminder letters, allows for retrieval of archived service history.

  4. A customer feedback response mechanism provides dealers with valuable research data to assist in improving dealership customer service.

  5. Dealer Principals are able to access reports in real time via our on line facility thus providing the ability to constantly review results.

  6. SMS & Email reminders have been introduced to replace some service reminder letters. This allows for considerable savings in printing, postage and handling.

  7. FAQ’s for constant staff training are available on line.

  8. Via our sister company, National Roadside Assist, dealerships can now offer their customers a 24 hour , 7 day a week emergency breakdown service. Available in two versions, Gold and Platinum, both are valid only whilst cars are serviced with the issuing dealer and come with a 50Km free towing zone. Contracts are entered on line and are included in the same warranty book making it very convenient to implement and issue.
     
  9. Automotive Dealership Services, also a part of the Harrier National group of companies, offers dealers Online Driver Safety courses as a way to assist them to sell more cars, enhance customer satisfaction & improve community support. Exclusive to Harrier National, this will assist people in becoming better drivers & above all it will help save lives.
     
  10. Gift Rewards is an exciting loyalty & referral scheme which is unique to Harrier National. Utilising Club Lifestyle & a referral program known as "Do a Friend a Favour" car dealerships use Gift Rewards to say thanks to all those customers who bought cars from them. It also encourages their families, friends & work colleagues to also buy cars from their dealership. Gift Rewards is a referral program which is easy to administer, rewards BOTH the customer & the person to whom a sale was referred without costing the dealership thousands of dollars.
     
  11. Harrier National also has available a comprehensive range of licensed warranties through their joint agreement with Australian Warranty Network (AWN), Australia’s largest licensed warranty company. These are ideal for vehicles sales which are made to buyers well outside a dealerships normal trading area & thus are unlikely to return for service.
